Returns
At Vogue & Curves, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain lingerie and undergarments may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items may not be returned or exchanged:
- Worn lingerie or undergarments
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Our support team will review the request and arrange for a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
